Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
When you submit your order, your credit card is sent to our secure server to be processed. The credit card will be charged when the order is shipped.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
Online Store Credit
Online store credits are automatically applied to your levinskincare.com order as the first method of payment. There are no codes to remember or numbers to type.
Online store credit is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be used at our retail stores.
Online store credits can be issued to gift recipients in lieu of a credit or product return.
Fraud Protection Program
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Herbwalk. Herbwalk reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Sales Tax
LeVinSkinCare.com charges sales tax on orders delivered to New York.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
LeVinSkinCare.com ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii only at this time. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also LeVinSkinCare.com does not ship to APO/AP addresses.
For U.S. orders and shipping with LeVinSkinCare.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule
LeVinSkinCare.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for UPS Ground and $5.95 for USPS Priority Mail. Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground and USPS Priority mail.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and FedEx: Orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
Returns
We guarantee satisfaction with our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at herbwalkus@yahoo.com and we will let you know how to return the products. We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 60 days have passed, you will no longer be able to refund any items. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
